Before You Sit collects the information you voluntarily submit through scorecard unlock forms, private readout requests, and guide opt-ins. This may include your name, email address, role, organization, and the result data you choose to share.

We do not promise perfect security on a static site. Form submissions are processed through Formspree or a comparable form-handling provider. You should not submit private medical information, psychiatric records, or sensitive personal disclosures through these forms.
You can request deletion of your submitted information by contacting the site operator. We may retain aggregate, de-identified usage patterns for internal learning.
